Critical Textile Topologies a collective of designers and researchers exploring new design expressions, processes and methods for critical understandings of textile-forms through the questioning of what materials, textiles, and form are.

A range of methodologies are explored from design for additive manufacturing for non-woven garments, whole garment weaving, the use of smart textiles in form production processes, emergent textiles and the development of on demand yarn for textile-form production. In a future perspective, the methods can enable the development of new regenerative micro-systems for a range of textile-based outcomes.
